A pro bono repositioning study of a regional charity facility provided to a respected client. The effort here is to mitigate impression elements that could impact the user community negatively while expressing the facility in a better and more compelling fashion, day and night. The most significant change would be the shaded exterior gallery, offered in three modalities.
Minor changes to exterior cladding, decking, and lighting with updated and more expressive graphical elements pull the composition together and bring the facility up to date.
