A Property repositioning effort in 2014 and 2015 for the 264 unit Braden Lakes Apartments. By leveraging a salient architectural element into a key branding element, the overall context gained relevance and purposeful expression. Context was enhanced further with a brand-coordinated landscape palette and a large number of new trees to help cool and quiet the site as well as providing new viewsheds and seasonal changes.
Services included Property Analysis, Naming, Branding, Brand Communications, and Amenity Enhancements. This repositioning resulted in one of the largest recorded real estate transactions in Manatee County for 2015 with a significant return.
